Payments will ALWAYS be done upfront for pieces worth under $100 usd. This is my livelyhod, if the client does not yet have the means to pay for my work their order will not be taken into account, for orders worth under $100 usd if the client refuses to pay everything upfront they will be blacklisted and blocked from ever getting artwork from me in the future.

Payments done on two or more installments: for artwork worth more than 100 usd the client has an option to pay in two or more installments depending on the value of the piece, but it must always be paid in full before I deliver the finished piece, there will be no exceptions to this last rule.

For people outside Argentina: I will only accept payment through paypal or kofi in US dollars.

Once the client pays, their request will be put in a queue, the waiting time will depend on the amount of people in the list that came before. Nonetheless the client can always dm for an update or check the queue list which will be updated daily.

No full refunds will be given for commissions that I already started working on, if at some point during the process the client needs a refund, the amount of money that I can give back will depend on how advanced the artwork is.

The client will be asked to be as specific as they can, and send high res reference images if possible.

If the client needs the work to be done by a certain date I will need at least a two weeks notice(if my queue is empty), otherwise I can't guarantee that the order will be done by then.

I do not make slot reservations, if the slots are limited and the client does not posess the money at the moment or has issues with the payment methods their place will be taken by somebody else.

The client is not allowed to use my work for profit, make a base, claim it as their own, or use it to feed AI engines. Each piece is for personal use only, for commercial use please email me at [email protected]

I reserve the right to post the finished work or parts of the process on my socials and use it for my portfolio.

I can refuse to work on the order if the client asks for something that's on the "will not do" list below, if they behave in a way that's constantly disrespectful towards me or my work or if they're known for treating other artists badly.

If the client wants extra versions of the same artwork they will have to clarify that before the payment is done.

If the client does not reply to my messages the process of the artwork will be paused until they reply.
